Last week, the devil was certainly trying to distract us from God’s work.

On Monday, we switched cable, internet and phone company’s from Time Warner to AT&T. The installation was a disaster and they had to come out the next day to actually fix it. We’re still very dissatisfied, as we have been given misinformation concerning the setup and features of AT&T’s service by multiple customer service reps. This same day, my daughter came down with a fever and was throwing up all night. She stayed home from school Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Tuesday, my exhaust came loose from the engine on the old Audi. It became extremely loud, and was setting off car alarms as I entered and exited the parking garage at work.
On Thursday, my son Philip came down with the same illness that my daughter had (fever and throwing up).
Friday morning, the front end of the old Audi came apart in the middle of a major thoroughfare in Downtown Columbus. Luckily, we have AAA, and the tow truck showed up within 10 minutes to pick up the car, and drop me off at work. Turns out that it will take $2,700 dollars just to fix the front end. It already needed almost $1,500 worth of work. Needless to say, wer’re looking for another car.
